The final round of the Pearl Izumi cycle race series came to the streets of Bath today and I was there to capture all the action. I managed to catch the men’s final with top teams ONE Pro Cycling, Team WIGGINS and JLT Condor going head-to-head as the nice professional teams raced for one hour around a 1.1-kilometre circuit based around Victoria park.
Being a short fast paced course, I was able to walk around the whole circuit grabbing shots along the way. These guys were fast, which made it just as fun for me playing with shutter speeds to get more creative.
Oh, and just for the record, Madison Genesis clinched it with their first Pearl Izumi Tour Series title in fine dramatic fashion.
